Mike's energy for player development ranges from minor hockey to professional hockey by working with players both independently and in group settings for over seventeen years. His journey in hockey includes valuable knowledge through experiences with various AAA organizations, where he honed his coaching abilities and built a vast network of connections. After a several year hiatus from the game, Mike played Junior ‘A’ for the Wexford Raiders. 

Matteo brings a wealth of experience rooted in his extensive playing and coaching background. Drafted to the OHL by the Plymouth Whalers, and growing up with two brothers who shared the same love for hockey, he naturally developed an innate understanding of the game. Matteo's made significant contributions in developing players through coaching at the AAA level, notably with the Toronto Titans and Halton Hurricanes. His younger brother Lucas Condotta currently plays with the Montreal Canadiens organization. 

Tommy's demonstrated his commitment to developing top-tier talent in the hockey community by spending several years coaching in the GTHL with the North York Rangers and Toronto Red Wings. Tommy's journey in hockey began on the ice, where he showcased his exceptional skills as a player. Drafted 68th overall into the OHL by the Sudbury Wolves and logging over 150 games in the league, his hockey journey continued by playing ten years professionally in the United States.
